Floor frame
Mild steel channel runs the length of the body on the chassis rails, with cross members under the floor. Section size follows the length and the load: channel sizes used for the long members and cross members, for example 100 x 50 mm.
How we build
Layout, fabrication, fitment and paint happen at Booth No. 788, Motor Market, Sector 13, Chandigarh. One workshop, one person to talk to, one date.
You send the truck, the body type, the length and a photo. That is enough to start a quote.
The body is set out for that chassis, the load and the way you use the truck.
Frame, floor, sides, doors or tipper shell are fabricated at the Motor Market workshop.
The body is mounted on your chassis in the same workshop.
Paint, a check of the fit, and the truck is ready to go back to work.
